It was observed that the participants took an average of 1058 more steps on the days they drank coffee, compared to the days they did not drink. But on the same days, the participants slept at least 36 minutes less.

The research revealed that more coffee brings more movement and reduces sleep time. In addition to these, the consumption of coffee has been the subject of research that can expose the person to high risks such as heart palpitations.
